No - I can work inside any HighLevel account or whitelabel platform. You don't need to be on my platform to get help from me.
How do you access my account?
I'll ask you to add me as a user inside your GHL account. I'll let you know exactly what access level I need. You stay in full control - you can remove me at any time.
How do I know how many hours I'll need?
That's exactly what the discovery call is for. I'll listen to what you need, ask a few questions, and give you an honest estimate before you spend anything.
Can I use a block of hours across different tasks?
Yes - your block of hours doesn't have to be used on one project. You can spread them across different tasks or use them over time. I'll keep you updated on how many hours have been used.
What if the work takes longer than estimated?
I'll always let you know before going over the agreed scope. Nothing extra gets done without your approval - so there are never any surprise charges.
Do unused hours roll over?
Hour blocks are valid for 90 days from purchase. I'll flag if you're approaching the end of your window so nothing goes to waste.
